Skip-trace import
Upload a CSV of skip-traced contacts. Phones and emails are matched to leads by parcel ID and applied to your pipeline — existing leads are updated, new ones are created.

How it works
- Export your leads (the CSV includes a
Parcel IDcolumn). - Run that list through your skip-trace provider.
- Upload the returned CSV here.
Columns are auto-detected: a parcel id column (parcel / APN / strap) plus any phone (phone / mobile / cell) and email column. The first non-empty phone and email per row are used.
Off-market lists (expired / FSBO)
County records don't include MLS or for-sale-by-owner status — import those lists (MLS export, RedX, BatchLeads…) to tag the matching parcels, then target them with the Expired / FSBO filters.
Import a list
Include a Parcel ID / APN / Strap column for reliable matching. Rows without one fall back to best-effort address matching (first 250 rows).
